bdsm.asia respects intellectual property rights. As an aggregator we host no media ourselves — all content is embedded from third-party platforms. We will, however, promptly disable any embedded link on this site in response to a valid notice, and we encourage you to also contact the hosting platform to have the source removed.

How to file a notice

Send a written notice to dmca@bdsm.asia including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on bdsm.asia where the embedded material appears.
• Your contact information (name, email, address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Valid notices are actioned within a reasonable time by removing the offending embed from our pages. Because we do not host the underlying file, full removal also requires the source platform to take the media down; we will point you to the relevant host.

Report age-related or non-consensual content concerns to the same address — those are treated as urgent. See also our 2257 statement.
